Week #36 – Albany Port

Albany is a naturally beautiful place.  The coastline has amazing beaches and the town, historic buildings.  By contrast, Albany Port is very industrial.  Large cargo ships dock at the port and road trains feed the grain terminal.  I gave myself the task of turning this somewhat unattractive place into something beautiful.  As I looked closely, bold shapes emerged.  On dusk as the light fell, the place came alive with colour and a citadel emerged as if out of a sci-fi novel.  The images are a stark contrast to what can be seen during the day.
