Week #26 – Full Moon Rising

Well it’s official – this week marks the half way point in my 52 week photographic project.  They say the time flies when you’re having fun.  And what better way to celebrate the halfway mark than with this spectacular image of last week’s ‘super moon’ rising over the water near Cosy Corner.  No Phototoshop trickery here, just an amazing moon.  I was lucky enough to be travelling with the right gear.  The image was taken on a 300mm lens with a 1.4 converter, getting me just close enough.  The moon rose quickly in spectacular fashion and was gone soon after, disappearing into the clouds.

Thank you to all those people who support and follow this series, especially the Albany Advertiser who publish images each week.  Please spread the word and let people know that they can subscribe for free via my website to receive these images emailed directly to their inbox each week.

Thank you again.

Lee.
