Carla and Byron – Destination Wedding – Thailand

It was an amazing experience to be able to photograph Carla and Byron’s stunning destination wedding on the beaches of Phuket in Thailand. Although I have photographed overseas many times before, this was my first overseas destination wedding – and it was an amazing event. Family and friends gathered on a beautiful stretch of beach outside the Bliss Beach Club to witness Carla and Byron’s ceremony. This same stretch of beach later became the stage for some of the night’s entertainment, fireworks, and an amazing fire twirler.  All of this was superbly styled by Carla and Byron with the help of the amazing Luxury Events Phuket. And if there happens to be any footy fans reading this post, they might just recognise the groom and a few of the guests who have all played a game or two of AFL (**understatement**) for the good ‘ol Freo Dockers. The setting was perfect, the weather was fantastic and everyone had a blast partying late into the night.
